Our customer base is diverse covering many different industries to include main dealers, bus and coach operators and local government. Our service provision ensures we can provide a complete service to all of our customers whilst utilising industry best practice as well as incorporating the latest technologies and innovations into our offering.
We offer an effective and efficient airside and landside breakdown assistance and recovery service for many different kinds of commercial vehicle from carsandvans to larger vehicles. We are available 24 hours a day to ensure our customers always have access to the service they need and we also offer optional HIAB/low loader service and 24-hour mobile repairs including electrical work.
All of our customers benefit from the highest levels of service provided in-situ, where possible, or at our full workshop and bodywork repair facilities. We have an Airside Workshop based at Heathrow Airport T4, a 17,000 sq ft workshop in Hounslow, a 10,000 sq ft facility in Gatwick and a 7,000 sq ft workshop in Manchester. Further satellite facilities are spread over the country where our clients and business demands.
All of our workshop staff, mobile technicians and recovery operatives are fully GSAT trained. They are also security cleared and hold a valid airside pass (where appropriate), ensuring they can safely and efficiently work on your vehicle at airside. We are committed to employing staff who want to stay with the company and invest in their training to ensure they operate to best practice .
